Client Issue I cant see characters body only the heads

I login in the game and when im in the character selection i cant see my toons body only the head i thought it was a bugged in the character selection but when i try to select my main character and enter the game all the players i see it didn't have body only heads

You are missing files most likely. Where did you download the game from?

 

from the NCSOFT launcher itself

 

Go to your NCSOFT launcher and repair your client if you do not have the option to update it (which I assume you don't, if it's fully updated)!

 

repair that s error from stage 9. did u stopped the download?

 

nope i finish it tell the end

 

repair will fix it easy.
