    The new "Boundless" set is level 83 while the Character Max level is 75 , Does that mean that I still can equip the set even that I am level 75 ??? Capture.PNG

    same as manastone,ware lvl 70 before in 4.8 but still we could use it.

    Well now you can equip item with higher level but the stats will be reduced. Id you equip lvl 83 gear on lvl 70 toon you will get like 70% of its origin statts
