    I bought woc 2 for 4.500 cred but i dont get ingame? whats the problem?

    Go to your webshop history and check which of your characters have you bought your wings on. If you are logged on with the right character, as @Renaro mentioned, wait for 10-15 minutes till the express mail arrives!

    nope have only 321 credit i could bought new item and vip but i saw woc 2 in webshop and bought in website on sept 15-16 idk. and now updated game, but dont get wing-.-

    There weren't any instances where the webshop did not deliver the right items to your character (as far as I know). Make sure that you've logged in with the character you bought it with, relog, wait 15-20 more minutes. It will eventually arrive. Let us know if it happens.

    Are you sure you are using the same account from where you purchased your WOC2 and the account you're trying to login? Web shop items gets delivered on time and without any issues.

    You mentioned that you saw it, then all of a sudden you don't. Most likely you bought it on another account or it's on the lower list of things that you bought.
