    Is it possible to get another one of this "sealed letter of pernos"? I kinda claimed it as "???" using my old item pak and it isn't anywhere in my special cube. I downloaded the new item.pak and saw on my other toons that the "???" was pernos letter that my leg mates said was necessary in leveling up.

    You need to install the item.pak pack dedicated for your Operating System (32 or 64-bit) for you to be able to access the mailed item.
