    WOC2 give 1.4 speed atk with spear in past i waste tittle only for movement speed and HP? must be balance about this problem :D ppl waste 2k credits for AC and enjoy only for HP and mov. speed :D

    I don't know if you know this but the proper calculation for attack speed is weapon speed / 2 = attack speed cap.
