Reduced attack speed ?

    My speed attack was 1.3 to 1.8 because there was this reduction and because increased cast speed ?
    A friend of mine has Woc 2 and Scroll is that speed attack before 1.4 was 1.2 or 1.3 (can not remember what it is) and title and still not reach the maximum speed

    Yeap , well its a known issue and their fixing it . Sad part is when you use sorc and glad xD and classes that dont have AS skills .

    6hrs down yesterday i thought they fixed the lvling exp. :) haha anyway its just a server restart after all.. dont know if they fixed something..
