    im not very fond on where to get enchanting supplement , but u can get some when you go in IS . if you asking for the maximum + of the accs then its 255 , for the sets im not quite sure if its +255 also or 20 , but the weapon is +15 .

    I have the accs and set but my set has no+ yet. Since im just lvl 70 so i was only able to use the 74% of all the stats

    nah,,,the 74% thing is just a visual bug, u have working all your stats. on ely shows 50% or so...but u can see all the stats actives.
