    If it didn't help and if you downloaded the game through NCSOFT, please follow the instructions under NCSOFT Client Downloads:

    If you downloaded it through torrent, check the same thread under GamezAION Official Torrent Downloads and follow the instructions carefully!
    Make sure once you put the file to the right place, you start the game by clicking the BAT file!
