Yeah can some one please enlighten me on how to use bat file 32bit?,i know 64 is really good specially on my gaming rig but whats the use of highend rig if i cant use ping reducer.. so im guessing bat file 32bit would work on battle ping so please show us a good guide on how to make it easy and understandable.

Just want to double check something. Can you post a screenshot of what your gamezaion folder looks like and mark the file you are trying to run the game with?

Also tell me the modified date on these 2 files in your bin32 folder (and if you even have the d3d8thk.dll file):
d3d8thk.dll
dbghelp.dll

I just tested the .bat launcher and it is working just fine, so the issue is elsewhere.

Did the client work before or is this the first setup. Did you try replacing the items.pak yet? Because this error commonly pops up right after if people don't do it right. In any case, if you get teamviewer and pm me the ID/pass I can check the client remotely and find out what is up with it.

Your gamezaion.exe is corrupted. You can tell from the following:
1. It doesn't have the usual icon
2. Not valid 32bit application usually means it is corrupted or the download is incomplete.
3. It has 282kb, the full size is 1,165kb
I would suggest trying to install the launcher on top of this from the website:
http/gamezaion.com/Gamez Aion Installer.exe
Or using the .bat launcher as alternative (not recommended as you miss out on updates and run a forced 32bit client):

By the way if you got the client from the torrent, make sure it actually finished downloading everything (same with official installer, make sure it finished). Just because the file is there doesn't mean it is fully downloaded.

I looked up the error I saw on teamviewer:
"api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing"

This basically says that the c++ redistributable is not installed. As we saw, you didn't have the 32bit redistributable, only had the 64bit one (not even sure if it was correctly installed as you didn't have win7 service pack 1 installed). Service pack and the redistributable should fix this one.

As for the [Aion]1024 error, you more or less just confirmed you tried changing the items.pak. The one you have right now looks like the original, but seeing as you changed it it might be worthwhile checking the hash to see if it is corrupted. If you still get errors, try re-downloading the original items.pak from the official guide:

sir need help..i just download the new item pak and follow the instruction how to change the item pak...when i log in.....i cant view my gears physicaly but i can see their stats...whats gone wrong please help
