Solved Account/Character Problem

    My mother in law was playing her account and all of a sudden she got dced. When she went to get back on, she couldn't access her characters or it would automatically disconnect her. We don't know why she was kicked off or anything. All she was doing was the new quest and now she cant even play any of her characters on that account. Her other account for Asmosidons, she can access but not any of her Eyos characters.
    The two following pictures are of her getting disconnected when logging in and the character screen when its suppose to be loading. We waited 10 to 20 mins for the character screen but nothing.

    MrKenny is one of the characters on her account. I cant remember how to spell the character she was on. It started with an M.
