Gamezaion Disconnects every 10-30 Minutes Using PLDT in the Philippines

Hi! almost 2 months ago gamezaion starts disconnecting when I'm in Game, then i taught that it was PLDT's fault (our ISP in the Philippines) so i stop playing for a while, only coming back again to play today, and the problem still exist, I've tried the .fix char name already but the problem is still there, now then upon announcing that gamezaion will be in version 5.0 this coming sept. 16( sept. 17. in PH), I patched my Aion NA client, and played for a while on the official server(Mine's Tiamat Server), I played for almost 8Hours without disconnecting on the official server. So I decided to Login to gamezaion to see if the disconnection is gone, but as i played for as little as 15-30 Minutes i got disconnected. so I tried for several time and that same problem of disconnection in-games occur from time to time. so the question is this. How was i not disconnection in aion NA for 8hours play and disconnected in gamezaion many times within an hour. is that my ISP fault (blocking private server games) or Server problem

Take Note. Dota 2, LOL, and other online games works fine without a ping spike. my Lowest ping in Dota 2 is 65ms, LoL is 36ms, aion NA is 230ms which a normal ping in Gamezaion

Should i call my local isp to check on that matter to see if they were infact blocking gamezaion connection?

same as mine dude, i play retail but it doesnt disconnect me.


its really in gamezaion has a problem.

im PLDT users as well but im not experiencing this issue.,.,. but before when i use ping reducer it does disconnect me and try turn it off and your anti-virus as well it might one of the cause of the problem.,.,.,

note:using ping reducer in PLDT connection can just mess up your ping

are you using fiber connection?

 

Just a regular DSL, yup ping reducer like wtfast and others really disconnects if your not subscribe as premium, antivirus already excluded detection gamezaion, and in some point antivuris is remove but still the problem exist.

 

pldthomefibr user here and i dont experience any disconnection in any of my online games.. steam games, garena games and ncsoft games are working for me just fine..

 

PLDT Sucks.. better change your connection than posting hundreds of threads regarding this problem..

 

PLDT regular DSL user is very slow.. I change to PLDTHOMEFibr and i'm running my internet connection very fast...

 

I feel you bro , I'm sure this is not about the internet connection we used which is PLDT. But I recommend you to use any ping reducer like RTL and it will really work.

it only disconnects in gamezaion, Aion NA is also not disconnecting. played on NA for 8hours straight. Dota 2 and Lol works fine, latency is good and stable no drops. Dota ping is 65ms ,LOL is 36ms., Globe Telecom is even worst here old junk facility not being replace. Lets just wait what will be the effect of the latest update for this concern., why change if it works fine on almost all games except for gamezaion.

and also Im not the only one with this problem, lots of us do experience this.

 

I am so full with this problem the DCing from minute to minute is very frustrating ! i was told that GAMEZAION is fixing something that has something to do with PH players, PING ! coz if this succeeds all PH players what ever is your ISP will benefit , PINGS will be minimized and lowered ! i hope if this is " REAL ", hope that they can sort or fix it sooner ! or at least give announcements, information drive about the real score !

Getting the same problem. @Lautaro is there anything you can find out and maybe tell us what's causing the problem? I've called my ISP they found nothing. I don't have problems connecting to any other game or even another Aion private server for that matter, only in Gamez.

 

It looks like there is an issue with our connectivity to the server and it's not our ISP's problem. I get this problem when I don't use battleping and it sucks because my subscription is about to end.

I have already addressed this to Lautaro and currently, he is working on a free VPN solely for this problem. Hopefully it comes soon.

 

is this somehow related to VPN servers (e.g. Wtfast servers) being or likely blocked by gamez?
2 months before the game updated to 5.0, around this time was when gamez has become not friendly to wtfast servers.

you will have to log.in multiple times until you reach to choosing characters screen.
but for this moment, it completely wont let you in to the server, will be stuck to loop screen after pressing "accept" button.

 

So you don't get disconnected if you use Battle Ping but gets disconnected if you don't? Would you mind telling me which server location are you using? Maybe if I choose a server similar from WTFast counterpart, I could get around this problem.

Glad I'm not the only one having the issue tho. It relieves me since this means the problem is definitely not on my end but yea hopefully that free VPN comes out as soon as possible and would work as good or even better than either WTFast or Battle Ping.

It does suck that I paid for WTFast so I can have that 250ms ping at least only to end up not to work at all and my subscription is running out.

Yep, same issue I had months before I quit way back 4.8.
