Gamezaion Disconnects every 10-30 Minutes Using PLDT in the Philippines

Usually Chicago 2/3 and sometimes West Coast 1/6, neither of the servers disconnect me.

i brought up the issue to WTFast staffs, they did testings to their servers (servers i noted that wont connect to gamez), and according to them, their servers are doing fine.
i also tried these servers connecting to lumiel and other aion private servers, and everything went well.
they suspected that gamez is implementing region/ip blocking, which i verified to Admin Puddles (see attached pic). if so, then it is already out of their area of responsibility.

i dnt have ping reducer but still got dc............anti virus off, i dnt think my connection is the problem

 

and when this dc came up i notice that my item.pak was gone and the orig is inplace wtf i replace that already with the new one...

 

I called PLDT and raised the concern, describe what I'm experiencing and to check if they were really blocking the connection, and after few days, i can now play w/o being disconnected unless of course server down. so i can conclude that PLDT is the culprit of my disconnection

Meh. It's not on Gamez, it's on PLDT. I'm have shitty internet for 4 days now and all they say is "Sir, don't worry! We're already conducting remote testing for your connection and you'll receive a feedback from us withing 72 hours." and that was 4 days ago.

 

if it is on the PLDT side, then you should have experienced the same problem not 4 days ago. it started months ago before gamez updated to 5.0. it has not only become choosy to VPN's servers, it also disconnects players even without using VPN's.

 

Interesting. You clearly didn't read my post. I just said that I'm having shitty internet for 4 days now and I didn't mention that I don't get DC before the update. I do get dc as well but not as often as I do not spend that much time in game and since most of the affected players are Filipinos then most likely it's on PLDT's side. Plus this issue is already being investigated by Lautaro already.

 

to me, it really appears to be on gamez side, since i am not PLDT user but gets the same issues.
