why is it i cant vote??

 

Someone else who has your same IP address already voted within the last 12 hours (before you did).

 

im the only one playing aion in our house, i open my account in Computer shop to Boost my LVL. geeez

 

If you voted at the shop that is still counted when you vote in your house
. U can only vote twice a day even though ur in different places.

That happened with my brother but we don't live in the same house, I don't vote with his WiFi, and he tried to vote in his phone but he couldn't do it, any solution for this?

why i cant my IP already voted i am only 1 playing in this shop like that

i hate i cant vote its like this In the day of Promo i can get 20 credits each but now its gone can help me please... i think the vote is the problem not in the Ip address...help us

 

maybe some1 not playing on this shop, but voting daily? if it say, ip already voted, then that is.

 

If by any chance you have recently voted with your original account from another place (in your case somewhere outside of your house, such as an internet shop as you have claimed you've logged in from above), then the solution is to either try voting immediately after the countdown is over (if it lets you) or log in from a completely different network and PC so that your IP will no longer be stuck.
Just in brackets since I know you've tried these solutions already but there could be players who haven't. Anyone who has issues with voting like that, always try first clearing your cache/trying another browser, let these two be your first things to do if you encounter this problem, besides sure no one else has voted in the last 12 hours around you.

 

i have the same problem saying "You already voted from this computer in the last 12 hours" but I HAVENT!!!

 

same problem i cant vote too.. i just using my phone and my own cellular data

 

HERE COMES THE PROBLEM AGAIN !! VOTING IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN ACQUIRE GOOD ITEMS BUT AGAIN ITS BUG, I'M THE ONLY VOTER IN OUR HOUSE... I DIDNT OPEN MY ACCOUNT IN COMPUTER SHOP OR WHAT SO EVER THEN WHY IS IT SAYING I'VE ALREADY VOTED ? WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS PROBLEM ??

 

THE FIRST SOLUTION OF THAT IS " DONT VOTE FOR IN A WHOLE DAY" ... AFTER THAT THEN TRY TO VOTE IN YOUR HOME PC..

 

FYI, your "own cellular data" is not actually your own even if you're using a plan. Smart, Globe and Sun Cellular's data IP are being shared by everyone who uses the same network.

Have you tried clearing your cache, deleting cookies on your web browser completely or have you tried using a different browser?

 

i already clear the history, cache, and cookies i used Google chrome and microsoft edge but same result
