Cant log-in, DC from the Server

    I have a problem about this one.. This is my Brother Old account before he go busy work.. he wants to play again using her old account , but the problem cant log-in always "You have been disconnected from the server".
    Then i try to log-in other account to check if there is problem updating her client, its working..
    Help me Thanks

    Is he/she (?) using a different computer than you (or are you able to log in with your own account from his PC)?
    If different PC, tell him/he to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) from here and tell him to try logging in then!

    same PC.. the problem is her account always "You have been disconnected from the server"
    then i try my account in same PC and its fine no DC..

    Sounds like her account is stuck. Tell me one of her IGNs, we will ask a SAM to unstuck her manually!

    well if that not working, then the account is bugged on ip , but i guess u can fix it by restarting your router. off your router for 20 30 sec at last, then try again to log in. it happened to me i remember, while i got a send log few times in the past.
