Voting problem :'(

Hi, why can't I vote even if I did clear my cache I can't vote it all happened after I got vip. Please do help me 15 crdts per vote and I just can't vote
any suggestions? Please help thank you

 

explain a little more bro, what kind of error do u get or take ss and post it here ( keep ur username hidden )

 

try to use another browser like opera or vote via cellphone.

 

Most probably one of the following:

1. Is anybody else voting from your house? Only one account per IP is eligible to vote.
2. Are you voting on ONE account only? Only one account per IP is eligible to vote.
3. Are you playing from a private or public place? If someone votes from a computer shop, naturally only one IP address can vote.
4. Have you restarted your modem recently? A dynamic IP address could be the issue.

Resolution:
Vote when the cooldown resets and your new IP address will get re-attached eventually.

If you are experiencing another issue, leaving more information could be helpful as we cannot read your mind.

When I vote and it always says you already voted from this bla bla for the last 12 hours even if I did not vote and I always clear the cache before voting but it still bug and after that I logged out my main account and open my other account, my other account always gets the crdts cause its not bugged

 

whats that bla bla ? you IP alrdy voted or your account ? its two different things

 

So u mean u cannot multivote? Cuz this is your problem. It is not about a Bug. Since u voted with your other account, your ip will stick with IT. As far i know, u can fix this voting with your other account from another place,then will work to vote with your Main!

 

what he mean is that his main account doesnt get a vote while his dummy account can easily access the vote without hassle.

read and try some of the above methods provided by the staffs & forumers which may help/resolve your issue.

 

Already @Illusions give you the solution just follow the resolution he said that's what I do when I have a problem same with you.

 

Me and my friend had this issue since I opened his account ingame on my pc, we had the same voting cooldown. What we did was cleared history and logged in ingame and try to vote. Worked for the both of us.

 

In 1 IP one account only can vote thats not a bug thats the rule of voting you cant multi vote or vote again another acount on same ip its prohibited

vote with that other account but make it vip first sure your problem will be solved im experiencing this also after i joined 2v2 3v3 events account cant vote afterwards

yes i am only 1 of my house then i am only know how to play aion then
i vote 6 am in the morning then
i try to vote again in 6 pm in the afternoon nothing could happen!
