Client Issue hi guys

when i log in 32 bit launcher i can't enter
when i log in 64 bit aion launcher i can log in
why it's happen omg i can even log in in 32 bit aion launcher

Please i need some help

 

Can you provide some screenshots of the issue you are facing? When you say you cannot login, do you mean you get the no authorization error message?
Provide sufficient proof of the error so we can better assess your issue and find a solution.

Um, I do not get what you are reporting about your client? These are not considered client issues. The first picture only shows that you're entering incorrect information, thus the Wrong ID/Password message.
The second screenshot, I do not understand what that is showing at all.

Are you able to login or something?

Why would you want to log-in in 32 bit aion client wherein out latest gamezaion client is 64?

And clearly, you are able to log-in your account in 64 bit. What's the matter?
Do you mean 32bit OS?
And also, do you mean you are using two different computers?

 

I have seen players coming across with this issue lately. Using the 32-bit launcher, sometimes gives them the error as if their ID and password didn't match. On the other hand, they could always log into the website, therefore their issue could easily be solved by changing their password there. Especially, if your password contains any special symbol or simply is just long, make sure you choose one that is shorter than it was.
However, I don't understand clearly if the 64-bit launcher is working fine for you, why would you like to stick to the 32-bit one or why at all try to run Aion with both (except if you just tested it on another PC but that's not what seems to me the case). 64-bit launcher > 32-bit launcher.
Also, you haven't really answered the questions by @Luff above, but anyways, if you would like to be able to log in using the bat, you will have to change your password first.
