Client Issue need help AM i can't log in

any help for this issue i always got this problem.

 

Have you recently downloaded your Aion? If so, then:
First of all, download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) then run your game again.

If you get the same issue and it didn't help, download the GamezAION.bat from here. Put it into your Aion folder, right click and create a shortcut of the file, then drag it into your desktop. You will be able to play the game by clicking the shortcut, however it will mean you are forced to play on 32-bit.

yes, sir i downloaded my Aion. also this microsoft Visual C ++ 2015 i download that already to my computer. only problem is that sir. And i tried GamezAION.bat file too. still the same problem..

 

Yeah, I've noticed it's not what the real issue is here, having looked at your error message again.
Are you using any ping reducer? If yes, try uninstalling it then installing it over.

 

no sir, i didn't use ping reducer anymore..

 

1. Did you download the game via NCSOFT or torrent?
2. Do you have the latest version (5.0.2.1 or 5.0.2.11)?
3. Do you use any anti-virus or firewall? They might be blocking your connection to the server.

 

yes, sir. i have the latest Version=5.0.2.10
and yes, i do use anti-virus and firewall. but i turned it off the firewall and anti-virus
still the same problem
