   Do you use any ping reducer? If not, download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) then try logging in again.
   
   If it didn't help you, here's your second option: download and place GamezAION.bat into your Aion folder. You can get the file from here.
   Create a shortcut of it, then drag it into your desktop. Lastly, run your Aion by clicking the shortcut there!
