    Hello. I can trade boundless items (accesories, set, weapons) WITHOUT VIP if I doesn't used the item?

    Im asking because i have to bind it to my character with soul binding before wear it. Some ppl tell me if I equip the item I need VIP. But if I don't equip the boundless I can trade without VIP.
    . TRUE OR FALSE?
