    if i remenber some "shugos" npc sell this in katalam but now idk where i can found it, or doesnt exit anymore?

    I dont know if that NPC exists until now, but I take that item by joining 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 or Guardian asmo event everyday :)

    yeh, but not selling greaters, only lower grades. u can find the npc on cygnea/enshar. also ingi/gelk forts if your race own one .

    You can get them in Fortresses but no one does that.
