Everytime when i log in

    Everytime when i try logging in my client just sits there. I re-installed 2 times and it still won't let me log in.

    Were you able to log in successfully before this? Also can you please list your computer specs and I'll see if its a problem with the hardware rather than the files itself.

    I logged in before, i updated to 2.0 so i had to re-install, and every since i re-installed i can't play.

    i already did that, it just when i try logging in, my client just sits there after i click log in

    Run task manager, click process check if any other aion stuff is open if so end process. If this doesn't work try a clean reboot.

    Clean reboot like Vtlegend as mention, then try to re-install the gamez aion launcher and see if that helps too.

    Shut it down through the start menu and and start it back up.

    make sure everything is nicely loaded before trying to load anything extra... wait awhile after starting up.

    What folder do u put the item pack in?

    From your Aion directory.. Aion\Data\items

    remember to replace your old one completely.

    still doesn't work.. i don't know whats wrong i downloaded direct x and tried both the 14m and 16m item packs

    either you installed launcher in wrong location or u're doing something wrong. Are you sure you have NA client and not EU or any other?

    Edit: can you be more descriptive where it stops working?

    Ok wen i click login after i type in my user and password, it doesn't log me in or anything and i can move my mouse, but i cant click log in, options, ect
