Hi guys I wonder what I am doing wrong
I wanted to create dps/mr/block set for cler with arbiter sets by using macro for every of them
I set up my dps macro its working fine but problem comes when I set up macro for block , draging into that one arbi set parts with block MS , and when I want to use it it acts like DPS one . So I tried to drag items to quickbars and add them to macro as /quickbar 0 1 4 etc , but same effect . Also when I look in items dragged in quickbars they are all messed , showing MR , dps while I dragged only those with block . Is it way to make those macros somehow ?

If you got 3 sets with the same name, arbiter in your case, macro effect applies only to the armor you were wearing when you logged in. Not sure if it is bug or not but even if you set macros using specific bar it just wont work. Its easier to create macros for different armors/weapons.

If you have multiple items of the same name in your inventory and you put them all on your quickbar, only 1 item will be registered to the quickbar since they have the same name. The quickbar is not 'smart' enough to determine the difference between multiple items with the same name. This works the same way in retail too. If you want to macro items with the same name while not mixing them up then you have to use inventory slot numbers instead of the item name or putting them in quickbar. Although if you get attacked by a player or monster or you get a ping spike while the macro is in motion, it's going to get messed up either way.

    Here's an example.

    MACRO 1 - DPS
    /use 1 1
    /use 2 1
    /use 3 1
    /use 4 1
    /use 5 1
    /use 6 1

    MACRO 2 - MR
    /use 1 2
    /use 2 2
    /use 3 2
    /use 4 2
    /use 5 2
    /use 6 2

    MACRO 3 - BLOCK
    /use 1 3
    /use 1 3
    /use 3 3
    /use 4 3
    /use 5 3
    /use 6 3

Numbers on left is the horizontal rows while numbers on the right is the vertical rows. You have to use 6 slots for 5 items because once you use the macro 1 of them is going to end up on 6th slot and a slot from slots 1 - 5 (horizontally) is going to be empty. Basically, just add +1 to the number of items you want to macro and that's giong to be the number of slots you have to use for your macro.

I'm not sure what locking cube are you telling me. I never used it so I don't know how it works or how it is suppose to work.

Anyways, another way to avoid messing up items with macro is to fill up your entire inventory except the slots you use for the macro. This way the items has no choice but to end up on designated slots as the rest of the inventory is occupied. A friend does it this way @Stopitsme . He fills his inventory with power shards except the slots the macro uses so his macros don't mess his item's positions in the inventory.

It is bound to mess up at some points, it's not absolutely flawless after all but this is the best you can do if your items have the same name. On top of that server has this issue of having ping spikes for as long as I can remember.

Your best bet would be to get the Elyos equivalent of Arbiter chain set which is Proctor chain set. They are both block chain sets with the same exact stats, just different names which would allow you to macro them using the item name.
