    I used up my 60hours of Online Time Exchange, i saw it in website, it's already 75, but in-game, it's still 70. :( Need help.

    mmm, from 70 to 75 i used something like 110 hours in Online Time Exchange, every time i got 10bil exp.

    my brother took that boost too in site it says he's toon is already 75 but when he try to go ol his toon is still 70 and he end up use his 400+ star to make his toon a lvl 75...

    Idk, it must be, the account you are using a level boost is offline. The account, not just character.
