Mix Event and other events

Why are we keep getting disc in mix event and only in mix event? every 2 minutes or so during fight ? Sometime you would moon walk after u get shot or hit....moving forward but actually it moves you back after 3 or 4 steps so you go no where but at the same spot. This is really annoying....I hope you guys will address and fix it. It's not anti-firewall or window defender because I have them turn off...and it still getting disc ...in middle of fight.

 

atm u are the only one who s saying it. so dont use "we". as about your problem, looks like a low wi fi signal to me.

 

it's not just me....other people I know also disc...they just dont care to say it lolo. we? you think I would report this if it just Me? wow! smh. it's not low wi fi...I live in usa and have cable ..what low wifi are u talking about? my game plays perfectly outside events...no disc no lag no bugs....so you explain to me why I get disc in mix events if it's not bug?

 

then u can record? cuz i never experienced this, and i stay online a lot.

 

if we tell you guys what is going on and you still want proof...then you understand why no one bothers to post on forum or report it...

We are trying to figure out what's going on with these bugs so definitely a video is the best thing to explain/see what's wrong since some of you do experience these issues lately.

 

I experienced it, 2 days ago. My friend invited me to a party then we got dc. Same with the trader I invited to a party, we got dc. At first, I thought it was a ping reducer problem, but no. I dc'd thrice.

 

Sorry to make you feel that way. But it is like sending a person behind bars eventually, without any proof or cross examination.

It is not good ever since to take one step on a staircase without even looking at it.

 

true but you GM don't have to be that unopen mind.....as least just hear our concerns like Lisveth said....that I can understand what he/she said. But if we bring up an issue and you just assume it's unvalid and not worth your concerns that's what gets' me. Is it not your job as GM to listen to the players ideas and comment without passing judgement?

 

If you think that I or any of us assumes something invalid like you said, we'll you are wrong. We cannot guess what is going on something if we didn't see anything. Cocosul said that at least provide something for us to see what is happening on your toon. If I gave you a wrong information about what is happening on your toon, then what would be your feedback?, because I just guess it without even asking you something that could give at least an idea to tell me the right thing to you or to tell you what you should do.

It is our job to listen to each one of you on what your concern is. The thing is, not because you are asking for something like this, means we take it invalid. Didn't you read what cocosul said? The information you gave is not enough for us to identify what's the matter. That's why we ask for a video and with that, it would be more easy to identify your problem.

What all this mean is we need more information for us to tell you how to fix it or what could be the solution. That's why we are asking for a video.

Edit: In addition, I do not judge anyone on what I said before. What it means is we cannot take a step or say something if we do not have enough information. That's why we ask.

 

does this looks like a gm with concern for my statement? he already assume I have low wifi....and that I'm the only one experiencing it. smh. all he should said..is....we are aware we will look into it...done! smh. how would you feel if someone say that to you without knowing your situation.

 

He meant that, maybe that your internet connection is a little bit slow. There's nothing wrong with saying that. Most players experience that, not only you. Like what @Nueve said, @cocosul asked for the information they needed so they can help you somehow. Don't even think that their responses are some kind of an offensive words for you because in the first place, they're just trying to help you. The staffs are here to assist and help players for free, and they're not paid.

 

paid or not paid....they volunteer to be GM. It's not my fault if they don't ask questions first? They assume this or that? To me that's GM with no concerns for the players. He didn't suggest I try this or that or wait for someone who has knowledge about this bug...he just assume oh it's your connection or oh its just u. As I said I don't live in Phil or where you from Mircale...with low ping or low internet speed.......so don't assume you know me either. I live in usa...my ping is double digit....my internet is 5g...I don't experience this bug when I pvp outside mix. So go assuming ....you are no better.

 

looks like u dont know much about wi fi my friend. i can download on cable with 30mb/s for real. but about wifi there are many things u have to learn. one of them is the channel u are using on your router/second your wfi antena. now, if there is a bug i will find out somehow, i already tried many times, and couldn't find it. all i could find was a bug with my buff pet, tiamat one, which works like an obstacle sometimes and pulling me back. anyway, saying u are from USA not means nothing to me, cuz even if your ping is lower than mine and others, your internet speed might not be stable as u think. now please stop this drama, cuz here s no reason for it. As i said, i m still working to find out how to reproduce this bug.

 

this thread can be close....too much headache just for reporting a bug!

I'm not the one start this drama...I only report a bug. But someone want to be smart about it...but if you cant even figure out this bug why people are getting disconnect in Mix fight that just prove that you talk more then you actually do your job. Let's leave at that...just remember if you don't have people skills, don't start rumbling your mouth about things you don't know but assume.

Judging by the rest of the am's responses they requested you to provide more proof towards the bug so they can see exactly what is going on. If the bug occurs again then feel free to report it with additional proof.
