Problem to connect

I am always dc when i try to connect lumiel.

When i log, i need to wait 20 sec to choose my char and then my screen is freeze and i need to force the close.

Btw, i could log my char and i losed my skills and macros...

I'm pretty sure you lose macros and now, even skills because your toon was transferred from lumiel to siel long ago. If it's so, then nothing can be done about that, there is no fix, the only fix I found useful was -> delete and create a new toon.

Now about the point where you cannot go to lumiel. Do you get disconnected when you select server or somewhere else? More information is required.

Keep selecting the server until you get through. If you get dced, select reconnect and wait 15-20 seconds then try again.

I did not tell you to do it, it's your own choice, if you want a fully working toon. My toon had the same problem and in the end I couldn't even change appearance. I got fed up, I sacrificed my title, pet, fuse, AP/GP/kills, etc, just so I could have a fully working toon. If you do not want it, no one is forcing you.

 

U shoud have to be repaid for all u lose by gamez. this bug abuse from gamez. It is incredible.
I dont understand why i have 450ms today ! yesterday 150 !

My connexion works fine, so is it the server ?

Rahy that one with dc while selecting server happens to me too. sometimes have to reconect 10x sometimes reconect is not needed. Sometimes to me happen that I log in after reconnect , type un and pw , press Ok in terminions and then is stay nake mountain so it wont move further and I am forced to close and start again aion ..hmm I had that problem with macros etc. on my toon too in 4.8 when I transfered to siel. I ended up by deleteng it . At least I havent titles and pets there cuz I always use new created toon to transfer items.

About what did u say about repay I totaly agree with you. This is not fault from user side and user cant infuence this in any way.

 

i cant start the game on my new laptop cus it says it failed to inject image and gamez.dll and i dont remmember how i fixed it on my previous laptop + the 1-2 steps ofered by the admin dont work pls someone hlp me
