    Check on your email spam corner if you can see it there, instead of inbox. And yeah it should be there in inbox or spam.

    Check on your gamezaion.com My Account, check the e-mail coz maybe you check on a wrong e-mail and you just didn't notice. Just maybe and if it's all good, make another prompt and see if it works.

    And if it's not working again, Did you try to change password before?
