Client Issue Launcher - Update Error Message

Hey, I need help

When I want launch the game with launcher, I open it, it wants to update, but when I click update the below error message appears:


I turned off UAC, moved the game folder on the C drive, added it to the firewall.
However if i click on the launcher opens and can start the game, but after i create a character and enter the game it is lvl 0.
One more thing i downloaded the game through utorrent, so it was not installed.

Hey,
First of all, your UAC has to be turned off. But, if your game starts then it doesn't affect it in anyway. As for your level 0 character you have to delete it and create a new one.

 

UAC is off. Edited the post.
About lvl 0 characters, i already created 3. When create one is lvl 1 but once entered the game it gets lvl 0

 

Did you delete the level 0 character? Try that before creating a new character.

 

Yes i did delete it, but is still there. The deletion process shouldn't take 6 minutes?

 

After the 5 minutes you need to restart your game or log out and then log in.
