Solved Please help

everytime i open my account @ my house i cannot login in the website. ugh sad that i cannot vote. can you help me what is the problem?
PS: i only go to internet shop just to vote -.-

 

Try to vote at your house for once, and remember the time when you voted, because voting in cafe and house makes your voting IP bug.

 

nah. what i mean is that i cannot even log in in the website when im at my house.

 

What happens? Does the page keeps loading and still stays in the homepage?

 

it stop loading but once you login the account it doesn't proceed on your account instead of going back in home page and ask you to log in again

 

Were you able to log in before or did it happen just recently?

 

yes before i was able to log in. after 3 days i think the problem suddenly happen.. (it was really frustrating not able to vote) ughh T.T

 

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

one more question why only siel can join the event vote event. does the GM here don't want the community of lumiel to go up?

 

I don't think that's the case vote rankings are only for Siel because of the population, if Lumiel had it, same people would always get rewarded and that's a big no. Just because there is no vote rankings that does not mean that Staff does not want Lumiel community to grow.

 

why not just let them make a quest . for example if they will able to vote 300times then thats the time they can only be rewarded. same like in siel right they have the ranking why not put the same thing ing lumiel but have a different rules.

example - 1 month = 300 vote
if you will able to make up 290 votes then you can have 1st reward

then 250 for the 2nd reward.

just simple right? no need to compete because lumiel don't have enough players yet but soon it will be like siel.

 

Then more Staff should start visit lumiel not only Liss

 

that will be perfect. i suggest it also that staff should also visit us and make some event.
