About this, I think you need to inform the cafe owner to put the item pak on the Server PC.

 

I already inform the internet cafe owner ser to put item.pak on the game my concern is does the owner of net cafe can only put the item pak?or maybe i can do on my own?

 

Well why would you do that if the latest item pak is already install inside the directory and was done by the owner?

And to answer your question, If the client PC is on Freeze by (Deepfreeze) Ofc it won't make any changes at all, and even if it's unfreeze coz if you make changes in a directory, the server will need to allow what you did to make a change.

Alright to make it easier, For example you installed an item pak from one of the rental PC which is diskless. Yes you can do that, but the server PC will have to allow on what change you just did. Without allowing from the server, nothing will happen.

And also, even if the server allowed it, if it's freeze, It's just gonna take affect while the PC is on and after you restart it, back to previous set up.

 

It's better just the owner to put the item pak on it close thread.
