use 2 different IP but still the voted from this computer

 

You can try to vote from as many IPs as you like, but if it says "You have already voted from this computer in the last 12 hours", it has to do with your MAC not IP.

 

my last vote was yesterday 7am.

same here my last vote was 2 days ago cant vote cuz always i already voted in the last 12hours..so sad i cant avail the promo vote this is the first time happen and im always vote in my computer not in net cafe..

 

Try to clear cache's and cookies of your browser and make sure that the voting has been done correctly on one account per IP address.

 

Yeah also mine i already go to other computer shop and then its say you already voted this computer for last 12hrs ( so sad i like this promo

If he voted under the same network or device, you won't be able to vote.

It is either the case where someone else from the internet shop has voted already, or you have been voting from multiple places recently and therefore your IP got stuck. To avoid that, please try to vote from the same device.

would like to ask, when we say getting the ip stuck/bug. Does this include logging in to other devices and for example enchanting with free token using different device not the same with the device you used for voting.

oh i see,i have the same error but i never voted on a different pc. but what i did was logging in through the website using different pc and enchanting my things. seems my ip got stuck aswell with what i did.

I have the same problem with you all guys, but i solved it. When i first vote 6:00am ( i dont like 7:am or pm because i will be late in school) and then on pm i notice that it is 7:00 up, i always do to skip 12 hours and then clear cache first and then vote. Its successful

My Update For the Reply: (It is the problem for only one IP address, i dont know how to fix the same internet used but different on device)

When i force voted on 7:00 am or pm up, because of the best promo. I skip 12 Hours and then clear cache and voted 6:am or pm and then its okay again!

 

Hi guys! I have the same problem and Im testing a solution the last days and seems works.
Before vote, LOG IN GAME, with the vote account open.
Seems needs detect you are active or something, so, when I have that issue, I log and, with Aion open, I vote and works.
