Voting 12hours

im voting at my Andriod phone with my first account then why i cant vote my other account in the office where i play my first account is theres a bugged or something problem with my IP address?
cause if i vote in my phone that should be a another IP right
then the other one is in my office and that should be another IP too so why i cant vote in my other account ?

If you vote from your mobile using Wi-fi connection in your workplace, you will only be able to vote with one device.

Do you only play with your second account in the office or you only vote from there?

 

im using Date from my mobile not the wifi of my workplace
i play barely my second account at the office 2 or more in a week
i play alternate my first and second acc. at my work place

 

You log in from the same device to vote/play with two different accounts here and then which is why your IP is stuck.
Log in game from your workplace with the account you would like to vote on and try voting as you are online.
