Voting problem

Gms somewhat tolerate this problem. I mean gms should definitely fix this problem cause it involves the players and the game . Even if its mac problem or what , you need to fix this because you're the only one who can fix that cause of your positions . Dont waste your ranks up there trying to ban useless pips and cure the higher issue . This "You already voted from this computer in the last 12 hours." is already a hot issue in the forum yet it seems that gms just turn a blind eye and try to blame the mac gadgets that the player's use . C'monn , even if its not money oriented , many pips still need to vote in order for them to get strong . Dont let them get stagnant because of the issue . I hope this will be fixed this year cause i really wanna join that voting event but turn it down because of the underlying problem . No one turns a blind eye on your issue, that's the first. We have released a recent guide on our voting system right here, everything you need to know to avoid getting the same error is explained in detail there.

 

I've already read the tips and solutions inside that link but not a single thing works . I've been voting for only 1 account in my cp yet still the problem keeps occuring . I applied all the things that should be done there to avoid the problem but it keeps on reeking . The only solution that i found is to wait and waste another 12hrs to vote again and it inefficiently works . I hope this will be fixed soon enough like fully fixed . Im sorry for being demanding but thats how it works . Thankyou for your hardwork and i hope the fixing will br successful

 

There are typically three cases which I know of when it comes to this issue. 1. Either you have recently voted/logged or asked someone else to log in with your account from different locations (internet shop, home, school, work etc.) which is why your IP is now stuck, 2. you have used a mobile to vote with and since that you encounter this cooldown issue (browser cache must be cleared from all devices in that case), or 3. there is someone else who used your PC for voting (family member, friend etc.), which you say is not the case.
The reason why many players who play from internet shops are getting this issue is reason #1 in most of the times. If none of the suggestions helped you in the guide thread, especially voting from your own PC while you are online in game with your account at the same time, then the only way to solve this issue if you vote once from a completely different network and machine where no one else plays Aion.
