Can play but can't open my account in the site

What is going on??.. I can't open my account in the gamezaion site to vote, etc.. I can just type my username and PW but when I hit enter, it just reset (the username and password I typed disappear).. But I can still open my account in game and play.. Can you tell me how to fix this problem?

 

I also tried opening my account in gamezaion while OL in game.. but still didn't work.. Tsk..

How can I fix my problem?

 

Meaning you are using some software (e.g. a ping reducer or some other program) that keep changing your IP. You will have to disable those programs then try logging in again.

 

Tsk, tsk.. I don't know what program it is.. This just happen this week.. Last week, i was able to log in to my account and vote.. As far as I know, i don't install new programs.. Got to find what it is.. Or is there a way to prevent programs from changing my IP?

 

A VPN, a ping reducer, there are the only softwares I have in mind right now that could cause it.
Have you tried using another browser to log in there?

 

Yeah, i tried internet explorer and another laptop in the same connection. Still didn't work.. Maybe it's a connection issue.. I don't have ping reducer etc.. But we upgrade our internet plan last week.. I don't know if that causes it
