Transzfer question

Hello! How much time the transfer need to be completed?

 

And can i log in to my account and play other chars?

 

well, the transfer itself takes around 2-7 minutes, it depends but it should be fast in general. If after that time you still have an active player transfer service it means it didn't work and it has to be reset. It's better if your game is completly shut down during those first 10 minutes. You can log in later and play your character as usual.

 

And how can i reset the transfer?
