Where can you download Pixel Shader 1.1 or higher?

haha i can't play do i need to buy another cpu? lol note that the pc im on atm is 8 years old tried to play a lot of online games with this but when i tried to play aion in this comp it just wouldnt it say you need pixel shader 1.1 or higher ^_^, is there a fix? or do i have to upgrade or buy another cpu? :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

that's depends on what slot ur motherboard can support and chipset you would like to choose. Older mobo use AGP and newer one use PCI-Express. AGP is very very old, so not recommended if you want to upgrade. Just keep some money to buy a new mobo that support PCI-E slot and slot in a high end graphic card.
