Solved blue plumes

Just wanna ask, everybody is telling me ingame that its impossible to temper +14 plume to +15, is this option disabled in the game? do we need to purify it to +9 then try our luck from there to +10?
or is it possible to temper blue plume +15?

 

Yes i just want that to ask coz i wasted almost 1k TS upsing my +14, plume.

 

There's Small Chance to get+10(Pure Plume) and Smaller Chance to get+15 plume(Blue ones) in my Opinion, Dont Attempt Enchanting to +15 your plumes. it might wasting your Temperings.

I think Max Blue is +14 . last time i saw Am write thats max is +14 , but i forget where Am write thats
