how to counter/play against sw

hi guys, can anyone tell me what are the good class which counters sw and also how to play against them.

 

Assassin or sw itself.

just dont go head on with a songweaver.

Rangers can lock his target with lot of skills and broke chains skills of sw. Most of the time sw use a combo wich lock you and let them time to use delayed skills or heal .
I think you can fight sw with every classes but you have to use the good skill at tthe good time and know sw skills.

First thing to lock your target properly is to use two basics debuffs before to use silence for example. In this way, your target can't deleted his debuff with healing pots because healing pts delet max 2 debuffs

 

Ranger and sin. Hide + high dps with stuns and silence also dodhing skills

Ranger for me and it works alot of time.. stun stun stun burst burst burts silence sleep trap trap trap stun stun boooommm Sw dead!

Trust me all sw hate ranger and sin

By the way evryone knows plate classes can't withstand againts cloths once.. unless u are @Marz or 2digits pingers from merica!!

My ranger kills alot SW except for full boundless once

 

i am faster with woc 1 on lumiel with 70ms than woc 2 on siel with 156

 

woc 1 + low ping is faster than woc2 + 300+ ping

 

ofc, ping really matters

 

If the sw is competent then

Lots and lots of it.

 

Just roll a SM and fear. Let some gladi DPS or a sin. That's what I do... SW's can't do crap if they're CC'd. Same with clerics. It's SW / Cleri group you have to watch out for. The DPS and heals combo is a little OP, but you just need to take out the cleri, or burn the SW and you're fine. If the SW has stacked MB which most do, all you need to do is lock him down and burn through his SP, then tab to the cleric and silence him while your group finishes off the SW. Not too hard...

It's when you only have one other person that you have to look out. Or if it's just you, just fear the SW and run to a safe area and group with more people. (I like to eat their buffs while I'm at it, just for good measure. I like making douche bag SW's waste scrolls... Kinda feels like doing the community a favor in a way. Especially when the SW's are zerging and theres like three of them at once.)

Other than that, just try not to get your MP stolen, or locked down. If you can stun lock them or keep them from kiting you're good to go. Gladi and ranger do this okay, but if you can't 'burn their HP down you need to get the fk out of there.

 

Really ragners against songweavers? I mean maybe if you got crap gear then yeah but rangers are like the easiest class to face on my sw. I donnt know if its just beacuse of my gear or I never fight geared rangers but they are never a problem for me unless its a full group of rangers.
