I dont think he was being serious dude. He does make sense though. What he said is a possible reason as to why people lag. Have some sense of humor? I have thesame problem as you when uploading vids or have utorrent open and seeding. You could also lower your settings or do shift F12, which helped me a lot with the freezes. I used to live in Hawaii and had worse ping than your "120" ms and I managed. You aren't the only one having issues with "target too far away" even if they are right next to you. Most of sins are having this issue too. Now that I started to play dps cleric, I'm experiencing it too, or you are trying to kill someone and next thing you know they are like 75m away, when you were just right next to them a second ago.

Thing is, you play on a private server which have been known for having bugs every day since the beginning of time. If you are new to this server, don't be surprised by what you experience because this is a private server not retail. Even retail has it's bugs.

So, take a deep breath and calm down. It's not a life threatening issue, unless this game is your life. Just don't kill yourself over a game.

My PC specs are not as good as yours but I play on hq graphics when I pvp on Iluma but Ive never experienced frame rate spikes and/or freezes. Perhaps you may be using the 32-bit client which is known to have freezes from time to time. I only experience server-side issues such is invisible obstacles and teleporting players. I hope you're not lying about your specs because people are actually trying to help you here.

 

But it is good not to stay stuck in the same old map and to be able to take advantage of the new ones that come out in the recent revisions makes the game less monotone

noobs! i am using a dedicated ISP account which cost 40 - 50K per month which my company pays. all your internet accounts are scrub as yours. you are just using either personal or business. demmm go check for a dedicated connection from PLDT
