Problem of transfering character!

I transfer my character from siel to lumiel, but until 1 hour ago it still in siel!
the system said wait for 5-10 minutes only..

anyone who experience this and know the solution please help me guys!!

Sometimes players get issues with transferring when their inventory contains a lot of items.
Feel free to leave a PM to any of the HGMs. They will be able to help you.

I did transfer yesterday. SUccesfully
Had only 2 cubes full

 

When you try to transfer a character you have to remember about certain things. First of all, you should not be in a legion, you shouldn't carry too many things in your cube. Leave all unnecessary things, abandon all quests, check if you don't have pets that carry extra items with them. Their bags should be empty. If you happen to have any items from quests in your special cube, delete them as well. You might find some items that cannot be removed, in that case any SAM+ can help you, and delete those items for you. Delete everyone from you friend's list (I know this might sound strange, but there are many things that can bug your transfer). You should go offline first and then try to transfer. Good luck

 

i know all the requirement to transfer, and my character that i want to transfer is 1 month no legion, but theres a problem in the site when i check my character in site it belong to legion, but now the last legion i joined.
