Yes you do have the privilege to use the /command. but there's a rule where you can't use vernacular language in commander's chat because other foreign players will think of your chat as spam or irritating because they can't understand it

Most of the people I know, who are truly great, don't go running around boasting and shit talking. They just play and enjoy the game.
