You mean transfer from siel to lumiel @silvestri

 

Hi Queenelypl.

Go to my Characters.

Then click the character you want to transfer.

Then press "Start Transfer" and wait till the process is done. Enjoy.


PS: If you mean the transfer of character from Lumiel to Siel, it will cost you 1500 credits. If Siel to Lumiel, like what you see in the image above, 0 credits.

 

This isn't the case here @Miracle. He knows how to transfer, the thing is that his transfer has failed many times, he still can't move to Lumiel Server.
@silvestri You are being helped by me and by other staff members in a PM. There is no need to create another thread about that.
