Nowhere did I say it gets reduced each time. The probability I stated is static. The difference between the 2 numbers is the obvious fast that if you buy 5x as many tickets you are 5x as likely to win.
I understand RNG well enough, I know it is random. Statistics rely on the average likelihood as you reach infinite number of attempts. Yes, it is possible you will win on your first try, but it is extremely unlikely to a point of being near impossible for you, as shown by the probability. This is like saying if you tossed 100 coins it is possible they would all be heads. Yes, theoretically they can be. Practically? Good luck with that.

 

Nah man u just gotta go to levinshor with 4k dp, take off your boots, start throwing the coins but stop right at the last second and THEN throw them. According to the rng shamans here it should increase your chance just like it does with enchanting.

 

how does lottery works? do you need to have the same sequence of numbers that is being draw?

 

No lol, the probability is already terrible enough just having the 4 numbers in any order. That is why I used the combination formula instead of permutation one.
