HOW MANY TIME ME MUST WAIT TO DONE TRANSFERS?? ME NOW WAIT 40 MIN

Leave a PM to any of the HGMs, they are the ones who can assist you regarding this matter.
Often people encounter issues with transfer service either because their inventory contains too many items or there could be other reasons as well such as having campaign quests listed in their right upper screen.

Transfer should take you up to 10 mins. It should be quick in general. If you have an active player transfer for more than 10 mins it means that it has failed. You have to remember about certain things before trying to transfer. The character you want to transfer shouldn't be in a legion, your account should be offline. Also, pay attention if you don't carry to many things in your cubes, abandon all the quests, remove everyone from your friend's list. Check if you don't have any pets who carry your items, they might bug you as well. Remove all the items from your special cube, if you have any items that cannot be removed, ask a SAM to help you.
