    Is there any way to open this bundle? From what I heard, AMs can open these kinds of bundle. Is it true or is it hopeless to open this item?

    Any bundles that give items randomly like godstone, accs bundles can't be opened. However, there bundles that when opened give one possible item can be opened by gms. What's your character's name ?

    Whenever a Senior staff is online it can be done, so just keep an eye out for one (Myself, Folie, Cocosul, etc)
