    Which is better for a meelee class
    Woc lvl2+20 which gives attack or woc lvl1+20/which has a damage reduction attribute?

    Well if you're a dps type woc 2 is suits to you... I believe that woc 1 is the best for support types like cleric/chanter(supp)/temp(supp)
