house impounded

Any AM, I am so sorry but pls help me on how and where to go to re-buy my house, that was impounded because of unpaid maintenance. I'd never think that I need pay the maintenance, I didn't knew these, I am new in housing. My house is already decorated and I love it. You need to buy it again, or if someone bought it, try to find better place! . All your furniture will be in your decoration menu, so don't worry, you lost only house.

If you want to re-buy it, go to the auction table (same place where you bid for your house), find your house and voilà!

the housing management is reminding you i guess 3 times, it is your negligence that causing your house to be impounded.

 

I just Recieved once a message through letter, and that letter is a message of impounding the house.

 

You have to pay bidding cost every week, or pay for 3 weeks, but you need to remember about bidding, or your house will be impounded like this one. :>

 

Yeah, but because this my first time to housing, I don't knew even where to pay it and how. For much excitement i just went to decorate my mansion as much i can with out even reading the manual completely. I've paid 112M Kinah for my mansion, so cheap- and I lost it, but yet I bought again a state with 334M and be sure to pay the maintenance so that I will not lost it again. DO YOU HAVE ONE?

I learned housing from my friend in Lumiel, He is so kind- although i forgot his name, but he is a cliric. He gave me all i need to ups my gears and bring me to his Mansion and show me his achievements a very nice arrangement of all the facilities from living room, kitchen, sala and even the plants outside. He bought some of those decoration and some are crafted so I've got interested .

 

Did you know you can add sounds when someone jumps, or play music when someone enters the house?

 

Ohh I'd never knew it, but pls tell me, I want to learn, it is very interesting. Does it mean that I need to have a musical instrument in my house? so that my visitor can use to play sounds?

No you can use scripts to make it so they play, you can use the house NPC to make them. You can probably google how to make the scripting, It's been so long so I'm really out of touch on how they worked.
