AMs can't really, but perhaps an SAM/HGM could check if you just included a character name at least. However, they won't be able to see everything either.
So what you could do is log into the homepage, go to 'My Characters' and check out those of your toons' inventory that could possibly have your weapon stored.
If you haven't traded/given/deleted the item, it should be listed in one of them.
