starting:

used Greatsword (high in attack speed than spear)

after you get a good gear (woc2)

used spear (high damage)

thats a little bit ok thou, but you need gears better than that because people atm is now so OP..

You don't need credits to buy Arbiter sets, you just need to have enough Abyss Points, with less than 500.000 Abyss Points you can buy the whole Arbiter Set and weapons.

And about the manastones build, I'm used to have the 5 parts of the set full Attack/Crit and the Weapon & Fuse Crit/Accu(all the 12 slots), you wont need that high accu since your enemy Number 1 always will be a cloth user, so you rather have a higher damage than a higher accu.
And, if youre saving credits for set and etc, you better buy a Wings of the Circle level 2 first, then a Provenance Polearm(or greatsword, up to you), it's all you will need for a long time.

Woc1 is for what specific class? Am talking about the dmg.redction and block.
