    Is your Aion folder around 27 GB in size? without the $patch$ folder. If it isn't, then run the NCsoft launcher and let it fully update then downgrade it to 5.0. Also check your item pak, you may have placed it on a wrong folder.
    Go back to Aion\Data\USA\Items and restore the original item.pak while installing the latest itempak on Aion\Data\Items.

    For a 32 bit OS, follow the instructions in this thread.

    If there are other issues use this thread.

    He wouldn't know how to downgrade unless we tell him more about how it's done. Also, updating is not needed if the player downloaded the game through torrent.

    Think by updating she meant repair. The Items.pak guide contains the original Items.pak as backup though so it can be restored that way instead of updating/repairing.
