Solved lost weapon

Lost weapon while trying to get it to +15 did not pop up with anything and say it will get destryet

 

Of course there it is an warning , just u didnt paid enough attention! Every single archdaeva item, will be destroyed on fail!

It was your choice at all, to enchant it! Next time pay more attention on details. If you want a safe enchant on you item, just use the web enchant system, it costs credits but it is 100% success and safe.

 

if i knew it could break i would never had bought it, it dosent say anything about that when you buy it
please give me my credits back

Forget it. Its your own , sorry fort this , stupidity. When you enter webshop above items is fist warning. When you are enchanting its second warning. When you carefully check forum about 5.0 update you will see another warning. This is only your mistake.
To be honest you paid enough to learn something new. Hope this lekcion was worth it. No money or credita or weapon back. Have a nice day

 

Absolutly me in moment. When I read his posts

Okay that one is my bad in old webshop it was so for this I appologize but when you try enchant ingame there is warning with red color latters like @cocosul said before.

 

might have been but as some one showed but should say in the weppage when you buy stuff that it can get destryet not when you get its WHEN ALL OTHER ITEMS IN GAME CAN NOT GET DESTRYET

 

your complaint was related to enchant, i explained already , there is a RED letters warning! Your mistake at all, and nothing that i can do!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your item enchantment. As far as I can understand, you've bought the "Weapon" (in this case) and tried enchanting it in-game.

There are two ways you can enchant Archdaeva items.

• Website: Through the enchanting service on the web, the success rate is 100% therefore, we can safely assume you did not use this service. As the web-enchantment has no fail rate, it doesn't necessarily need any warnings
• In-Game: In-game enchantment has a warning posted by @cocosul which clearly states that if the enchantment fails, the item will be destroyed. This means that at this point you could have decided if you were about to take the risk or, use the web enchantment service for reassurance.

The only place where we might have fallen short of warning people would be on the website, before purchasing the item itself, indeed (I will make sure to make a note of this and rectify it). However, seeing as the enchantment itself is an optional addition to the item AND there is an in-game warning which, if read, could have led you not to loose your item (had you considered not enchanting or going for the web option as I've mentioned).

Purely on the grounds of Game Mechanics, we cannot refund your item.
